Getting Started

Step 1. Fill out the registration form

With this information we will be able to get a better idea of your needs and expectations in order to find you the perfect match!

Step 2. Confirm your salary

Please see our Rates page for a guideline of recommended au pair salaries. Of course the final salary is entirely up to you.

Once the salary has been established we will then present the au pair position to the au pairs that we feel best match your requirements. We will email you their profiles and you can decide which ones you would like to meet. You may meet as many or as few as you wish.

Step 3. Interview

We will contact you and the candidates to arrange the times of your interviews. You will see each one of your candidates for approximately 20-30 minutes and we recommend that you see them all on the same day. After your interviews you should immediately inform us of any potential au pairs that you wish to see again. We will then arrange a second interview for you if requested. In the unlikely event that you do not find an au pair that suits you, we will of course arrange more candidates for you.

Step 4. Choose your Au Pair

Once you have chosen your Au Pair, you can contact us so that we can make sure that your chosen au pair is still available (we recommend that you make your decision within 1-3 days of your interviews to avoid this happening).

We will then confirm the placement with both you and your au pair and forward you all of the necessary documentation which you will need to complete and return to us together with your placement fee. For information on our fees click here.
