Pura Vida Au Pair Permanent Placement

For Au Pair: No application processing fee
Option 1 - Once-off Placement Fees
9% of total salary earned, up to 12 months
Option 2 - No Upfront Placement Fees
This option is very simple and excludes the need to pay a large amount of money on one time.
1. Decide how much you are willing to spend on a salary
2. Your au pair will be appointed on 85% of that amount
3. Your au pair's salary is paid to Pura Vida every month
4. We subtract 15% service fee and pay the rest over to your au pair
Au Pair Rates
Pura Vida suggests the following salary schedule as a minimum:
0 – 15 hrs worked per week R55/ hour
16 – 30 hrs worked per week R50/ hour
31 + hrs worked per week R45/ hour
Travel allowance should be calculated according to AA rates.
Overtime should be reimbursed at 1.5 and public holidays at double the hourly rate.

Pura Vida Home Management require fees paid within 7 days from the date of invoice directly into our bank account. Please use your Surname as a reference.
